Sidney Business Improvement Area Association

RENEWAL BROCHURE

As the representative of over 350 Sidney businesses, the Sidney Business Improvement Area Society’s (SBIA) mission is to increase footsteps, potential customers, and event attendees in all sectors within the Sidney BIA’s district through the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing, promotion and other communication and collaborative efforts.

Working closely with the Sidney BIA Executive Director and board, Holy Cow acts as counsel in strategic brand planning, providing campaign concepts and production of marketing communications initiated by the client. Agency services include: account management and consultation on advertising and marketing programs; development of brand, advertising, event and sales promotion ideas; website design and management; graphic design for various printed collateral; and copywriting and proofing.

Holy Cow looks forward to continuing to find innovative ways to help the Sidney BIA communicate and engage with members and to showcase Sidney as a unique and compelling destination.

In 2017, the Sidney BIA was up for renewal which meant the launch of a local renewal campaign to garner support among local businesses and property owners. After facilitating two stakeholder communications strategy sessions, Holy Cow worked with the client to create this report and it was sent out to local members via direct mail. Alongside a compelling design and accessible layout, the document included infographics designed to work well as part of the larger document and individually on social media as shareable pieces. The Sidney BIA was very pleased with the document and that the piece was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget (for both agency fees and printing). And we were all pleased when the Sidney BIA was successfully renewed with a 94% renewal rating!
